Beat The Credit Crunch
59Joining the Unemployment line
Credit Crunch or Recession
Credit Crunch or Recession call it whatever you wish but whatever name you give it, it means that we all have less cash in our pockets and we are all struggling a little more to make ends meet, fuel, heating food and clothing have all increased in price, small businesses are closing down forever at an alarming rate, the unemployment lines are getting bigger and bigger on a daily basis more and more people end up sleeping on the streets having lost their homes.
Some people seem to prosper during these difficult times they make more money than ever before, they may get called names like vultures or bottom feeders because of how they find success but some of those people are actually doing the rest of us a favour by helping us to save a little money here and there, although Millions of Dollars can be lost during a recession playing the game correctly could on paper make you a millionaire in a relatively short time.
Shops go out of Business
Beating the Crunch and Reversing the Trend
Whilst most people struggle along and go with the flow during difficult financial times others are making more money than they ever dreamed possible by using the situations caused by the recession to their advantage.
Every day Shops are closing down because they are not making a profit, cars and houses are repossesed because their owners cannot keep up with the payments and furnature, expensive electronics and other items are being repossesed for the same reason.
To make your fortune and take advantage of the situation any sentimental feelings that you have must be placed securely at the back of your head, you cannot think about the feelings of the people who once owned the item of property or think about the lives that they used to live, you have you and your family to think about and providing financial security for them should be foremost in your mind.

Buy Cheap Sell Cheap
When a shop closes down forever there is a lot of stock left on the shelves and their is usually a stock room which the public never see with even more stock, if you talk to the owner of the store he/she will be more than glad to negotiate a very low price for that stock and if you push them sometimes they will even throw in the store fittings as a part of the deal.
---In 2002 a friend that I once worked for bought the entire contents of a closed shop for just under $3000 he took it to a local weekly market and within a month he had completely sold out netting a gross profit of $40,000 all of the items had a ticket price on them which he halved and people couldn't get their hands on them quick enough, my friend is now a millionaire because and he continues to buy stock from closed stores to sell for profit. my friend loves the excitement of not knowing what he will be selling from month to month---
Auctions
When Banks reposess a property or stores reposess items of furnature or electical items or even when a car is reposessed 9 times out of ten you will find those items being put up for auction because they want to recoup their money as quickly as possible, property deals through auction can net you some great deals saving you thousands of Dollars you can then either rent out the property and have a guarenteed income or you can sell it for a massive profit.
The same applies to cars and other reposessed items, electrics and furnature are often found in job lots where you can buy 20 tvs, 20 pcs and 25 sterios for a couple of thousand dollars and pass them on to your customers for thousands in profit, your customers are happy to get a bargain and you are happy making money to feed and clothe your family.
Bargain Hunt
People love a bargain especially in todays climate where we are all struggling to survive the Credit Crunch, forget sentimentality and morals if you want to succeed instead of survive the credit crunch.
Sentiment does not pay the bills or put food on your table and morals don't put clothes on your back or pay for your childrens education.
The most important thing to remember though is that if you don't do it someone else will.

Loved the story of how your friend buys stock from closed stores and sells for a profit. Great idea. Thanks for sharing that.
These hubs should be just as valuable and informative when there is NO credit crunch!!
