Great Hub, Jimmy. Very informative. I visited the Verdun battlefield a number of years ago and toured the monuments and forts. It was very green and peaceful. But when I showed the pictures I took to my great-uncle, who had fought there (at the second battle of Verdun - America was not in the war when the first battle was fought) he said that when he was there, there wasn't a single blade of grass, let alone any trees. It was quite a war and your video reminded me of my uncle's description of the battle field. Thanks for the good work.
