How to beat a lie detector (Polygraph Machine)

The polygraph machine(lie detector)measures breathing,heart rate and perspiration and it is said to be 99.9% accurate.

Doctors in the UK and the US have proven otherwise and say that the lie detector can be beaten.

The trick is to make your responses to the control questions as similar as possible to the real questions as possible,because for an answer to be classified as deceptive it has to register much more strongly than the control answers.

When the subject is answering the control questions he should do something to increase his response in the machine.

after question 1 he could stall breathing for 1 0r 2 seconds then a sharp intake of breath then a sigh.

on the next he could bite down hard on his tongue whilst breathing rapidly through his nose.

on the next question he could push his arm firmly into the chair arm,

and other things include tightening the gluteus muscles(the muscles you sit on),and a thumb tack hidden in the sock give a good polygraph response.

the other way to beat the polygraph is the complete opposite as it lowers your response to the questions.

meditation techniques think yourself into a relaxed state,concentrate on a different subjector imagine being somewhere else.
